DAY 1: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Pick up from Nairobi International Airport in the morning and transport to Wilson Airport for flight to Amboseli.
Local guests:
Pick up from EKA Hotel in Nairobi
The flight takes app. 40 min. – Game Drives in Amboseli
Day 2
DAY 2: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Mount Kilimanjaro: The massive, snow-capped peak forms a dramatic backdrop, clearest during the early morning. Giant Elephant Herds: Famous for offering close-up views of massive elephant families marching in columns across the plains.Vibrant Swamps: Lush wetlands fed by mountain springs that draw hippos, buffaloes, and hundreds of water birds.
Observation Hill: A unique lookout point where you can walk up to get a panoramic aerial view of the marshes below.
Day 3
DAY 3: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Fly via Nairobi or take a direct regional flight to Samburu
The “Northern Special 5” are a unique group of rare, arid-adapted wildlife species found in northern Kenya’s Samburu , Buffalo Springs, and Shaba National Reserve. Comprising the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Beisa oryx, and Somali ostrich, these highly specialized creatures have uniquely evolved to thrive in the harsh, semi-arid desert terrains of the northern frontier.

DAY 4: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

Comprising the Grevy’s zebra, reticu-lated giraffe, gerenuk, Beisa oryx, and Somali ostrich, these highly specialized creatures have uniquely evolved to thrive in the harsh, semi-arid desert terrains of the northern frontier. Unlike Africa’s widely distributed “Big Five,” these rare species are largely endemic to this specific ecosystem, making a northern Kenyan safari a truly distinct experience.

DAY 5: MAASAI MARA
Fly directly from Samburu to the Maasai Mara
Early morning and late afternoon we are driving around on the open savannah to experience the magnificant wildlife.
